As such there have been a lot of misconceptions about Islam. This research paper try to find out why such misconception exist and is Islam really a threat to the "new world order"? The result of the research proved that Islam is actually a religion of peace and pose no threat to anybody. Neutral Christian scholars such as John L. Esposito, Daniel Pipes and William Watt Montgomery tend to agree to this fact.
