Lakuan ekspresi pula di tempat ketiga (174 ujuran atau 8.55%), manakala lakuan arahan di tempat keempat (160 ujuran atau 7.87%). Lakuan terendah ialah lakuan komisif (21 ujuran atau 1.03%). Kajian ini tidak menemui lakuan deklarasi. Berdasarkan analisis kajian, didapati Mahathir Mohamad cenderung melakukan pernyataan untuk mendedahkan atau memberi gambaran umum tentang isu 1MDB, kemudian diikuti oleh lakuan kritikan terhadap pengurusan 1MDB. Selain itu, Mahathir Mohamad turut melakukan pelbagai lakuan arahan, yang khusus ditujukan kepada pihak pengurusan 1MDB. Lakuan janji tidak dominan dalam ucapan Mahathir Mohamad. Dari sudut sublakuan tuturan, sebanyak empat sublakuan tuturan yang mencatatkan kekerapan paling dominan, iaitu lakuan maklumat, lakuan kritikan langsung, lakuan dakwaan. Penggabungan ini dilakukan kerana sesuai dengan korpus kajian. Melalui enggabungan ini, terdapat tujuh kategori kesantunan dan 20 strategi kesantunan telah dibina. Kajian ini mendapati 83 unit ceramah atau inti pati yang disampaikan dalam ceramah tersebut. Bab empat pula ialah bab analisis dan dapatan kajian. Melalui analisis kajian, iaitu dari segi kategori kesantunan, kajian mendapati Kategori Relevan dan Kategori Cara mempunyai bilangan yang tertinggi, iaitu 83 unit (100%), diikuti oleh Kategori Kuantiti 80 unit (96.38%). Kategori Rujukan Sumber 40 unit, Kategori Berhemah 36 unit (43.3.7%), Kategori Ungkapan Rabbani 12 unit. Selain itu, subtajuk yang disampaikan semasa memulakan ceramah mematuhi tiga strategi kesantunan, manakala Kategori Penghargaan 3 unit sahaja. Analisis selanjutnya ialah strategi kesantunan. Strategi Berkaitan 83 unit, Strategi Mencukupi dipatuhi oleh 80 unit (96.38 %), Strategi Penjelasan 78 unit (93.97%), Strategi Pengulangan 72 unit (86.74%), Strategi Tertib 68 (81.92%), Strategi Penegasan 45 unit (54.21%), Strategi Rujukan Islam dan Rasul 34 unit (40.96%), Strategi Memberikan Contoh 30 unit (36.14%), Strategi Cadangan 18 unit (21.68%). Strategi Sapaan 17 unit (20.48%), Strategi Insya-Allah dan Strategi Harapan masing-masing 12 unit (14.45%), Strategi Rujukan Penceramah 10 unit (12.04%), Strategi Kecindan 8 unit (9.63%), Strategi Rujukan Kajian 4 unit (4.81%), Strategi Pujian 2 unit, Strategi Bismillah dan Doa pula diungkapkan sebanyak 3 kali dalam subtajuk.
